Modern Technology are an East London two-piece consisting of Chris Clarke (bass & vocals) and Owen Gildersleeve (drums). They formed through a shared frustration of this post-truth society and political unrest that is currently suffocating our global conscious, tackling themes of political injustice, social anxiety, austerity and inequality. All profits from their debut release will be split between mental-health charity Mind and homeless charity Shelter.

“Modern Technology write ugly noise-rock songs about the nasty sights we see all around us at this dismal point of late-stage capitalism… the sound is so deliciously grubby, flea ridden and riff driven.” – The Quietus
